About The Team

A native of Co. Limerick, Padraic has always had a desire for the hospitality business. At the young age of 25 he took charge of his first venue and has since never looked back. In the years that followed he first delved into the hotel world, then set his mind to open the first Cornstore in Cork. Following this success he moved closer to home and in Nov '08 Cornstore Limerick opened its doors.

Padraic believes the driving force behind the success is based on a few key ingredients. "Sourcing local suppliers, producing fresh quality ingredients in-house, employing only the best staff and most of all listening to customer to create all round experience which will make people feel at home when dining out."
